Ganesha is originally an Indian god with four arms and an elephant's head, one of the most famous and revered gods, especially in Hinduism, but often also among Buddhists. His cult is very strong and extends beyond India. The worshipers of this four-armed young man with an elephant's head are called ganapatja.
